At Catalyst we believe in simplicity. Unfortunately we live in a society that capitalises on our need for a quick fix and many of us become sucked in to believing the unattainable and unrealistic in the process.


Every magazine we pick up seems to contain a diet that has worked for some celebrity or that promises a flat stomach/smaller bum/thinner thighs and the list goes on.

The reality of the matter is that a diet is nothing more than a temporary solution to an ongoing problem. Yes you might actually loose a few pounds at the start, but what happens afterwards? What are you supposed to do when the diet finishes and the rest of your life starts? AND even though your body may have altered what about your attitude and state of mind?
