For me it was training for the London Marathon & James, aside from setting the “gruelling” training plan, was the only person I could really talk to about the “ups & downs” of the training who understood. I’m now working on building up muscle around my “dodgy” knees yet I can truly say they have never felt stronger – it’s made a noticeable and “real” difference. Aside of that James has had to endure my “endless diatribe” proving he must be one of the most tolerant and genuine guys around! |
