"I decided to go to a personal trainer about eight months after having a baby. I had been visiting the gym to get back in shape prior to this, but felt I was not really pushing myself as much as I could... James has encouraged me to go that bit further, varies all of the exercises so I don't get bored, bringing the fun back into training again. A few months later after training twice a week with James I have steadily continued to lose weight and tone up basically achieving both my goals. So far I have lost a total of 5 kgs in weight and 7.4% body fat which works out as a loss of 7 kgs of fat! I will continue my sessions with James as this is now a part of my lifestyle that I enjoy not a short term fix to lose weight! Lisa Goddard |
