I embarked on a journey into the health and fitness industry following the birth of my first child. I have gone on to successfully help a wide variety of people achieve their goals ranging from weight loss to improving their strength and power training.


My interest in health and fitness started at school where I won many awards for netball, gym, aerobics and athletics. After becoming a fitness and circuit instructor, I went on to complete a wide range of courses to reach Level 3 Advanced Instructor status. Having spent two years working in the Health and Fitness industry I am now qualified as a specialised Pilates instructor.

I get great satisfaction from my job and am proud to be working as part of Catalyst. I believe we all have the ability to bring this overweight unhealthy culture to an end and make our children’s futures much brighter. I strive to be a positive influence on my own two children by ensuring health and fitness remains an integral part of their lives!


The first step in achieving a more stress free life and reducing the risk of develping life-shortening diseases is to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  This may seem quite daunting to all those new to exercise but you will be amazed at how easy it becomes when done regularly. It doesn’t have to be hard as it’s often the small things you do that end up making a huge difference!
