Q: When will I start to see results?

A: After your initial consultation and assessments which include gait analysis and range of motion tests we will introduce exercises for you as part of a program that will start working straight away. You will start to see improved/restored regular function in 2 sessions – guaranteed.

As for fat loss, shape change and cardiovascular improvement - well everyone responds differently but we would expect you certainly to feel better very quickly and see changes within six to eight weeks.

Remember you will need to exercise regularly and keep an eye on your diet to get results. Consistency is the key.
