"I had lost around seven and a half stones and had a further two and a half to lose. I hit a plateau, so six month before my wedding I began training with James. I chose James because he seemed very professional and whilst he worked his clients very hard, they also all had a smile on their faces...

All hats off to The Southampton Boatshow's guest of honour Shelley for scaling the rigging of Jubilee Sailing Trust tallship Lord Nelson at the annual Ladies' Day - and reaching the mast without a harness!

The proceeds from the day will go to children’s charity Touching Tiny Lives and combined with the amazing view from the 150ft climb made this a very rerwarding experience for Shelley. So for this (and your bravery) Catalyst salutes you!

12 days, 34 stadiums, over 1000 miles and not an injury in sight! Catalyst wants to congratulate Keith Diaper on completing this outstanding and inspirational challenge in aid of Osborne School in Winchester.

Gen says, "Keith has been an absolute joy to train - his dedication and motivation for completing such a huge challenge has evidently paid off. He has a lot to be proud of and I too am so proud to have been a part of such a wonderful event! Well done!"

A Story of Survival

On Saturday 7th June 2009 the annual, 22-mile Welsh 1,000m Peaks Snowdonia Fell Race had to be abandoned due to extreme weather conditions. The race involves teams of runners and mountaineers from clubs and the armed services.

Mountain rescue teams and the RAF had to airlift eight people to hospital and another 25 people were helped to safety. Two people remained unaccounted for some time but they were finally located late on Saturday.

As for James and his team attempting the 15 peaks challenge...well nothing quite as dramatic - they got to the forth peak before they were advised to call it a day and made it back half frozen but otherwise unharmed Smile

Well done guys - everyone wishes you the best of luck for attempt number 2 next year...
