Like many people, over the years my weight has fluctuated from overweight to quite seriously underweight and many points in between. I’ve followed numerous faddy diets and either worked out excessively or not at all. All of which was a far cry from my healthy balanced younger years when I was a competitive ice skater, played netball and tennis for my school and went scuba diving at every opportunity!
I started training with James over 5 years ago and with his help I’ve turned things around and achieved my best ever levels of fitness. What’s more I did it in a balanced and healthy way. And, most recently, I’ve had a baby and lived through the recovery – which included completing my first ever duathlon and the Great South Run!
After having my little girl in 2010 I decided to retrain as a Personal Trainer. I support and encourage people to meet their personal goals in a way that makes them feel good. My own experiences over the years mean I am well equipped to understand the challenges people face and help them overcome them. What’s more personal training means I still use my coaching and mentoring skills gained in over 20 years of customer service roles – just differently!
Reaching your goals is an incredibly personal journey and takes hard work. I’ve made that journey and that’s why I can help!
