We recognise that clients often request mobile personal training where we come to your home. However in most cases the costs are prohibitive as trainers charge travel time and the mobile equipment limits the type of exercises available.

Many clients have expressed the desire to have the exclusivity of a home gym and enjoy Catalyst where we have a private studio, enabling you to benefit from the best of both worlds more cost effectively with leading exercise equipment, facilities and a personal trainer.

In the majority of cases, this meets our clients needs. However should you wish to visit us to assess the right choice for you, we would be happy to discuss the options in more detail.
