Catalyst is now home to Hedge End Podiatry and Chiropody Clinic.

Our on site Podiatrist Elisabeth Allan Bsc (Hons) has eighteen years experience working within Podiatry clinics and hospitals in Southampton. She started her own private practice five years ago and is now located within Catalyst Personal Training at the Rose Bowl. Elisabeth is registered with the Health Professions Council.

Her services include the treatment of a vast range of foot problems including:

• Many types of foot and lower limb pain analysis, diagnosis and treatment
• Painful or unsightly hard skin, corns and toenail problems
• Wilde-pedique toenail correction to improve the appearance of nail deformities
• Prescription insoles (orthotics) to correct poor biomechanics
• Verrucae treatments - including cryotherapy
